bc i love everyone

Thanks Mapgirl :)

You are going to get annihilated by deep snow, absolutely destroyed. You are in Parkton with an elevation of 720 feet FTW! You are not far from the Pennsylvania State Line. You might want to consider getting a snow blower.

Thanks Jeb for telling me what I already know ;)

You're welcome to come visit, all I ask is you bring beer and/or whiskey. And my driveway is plenty long for you to shovel.

6z GFS

The-Office.gif

Well, I know ANYTHING is absolutely possible in the snow department when I see a MET/MOD posting this inspirational video. Over the 6z GFS!

We are absolutely going to get massacred by a snowy Gulf moisture-charged jet stream and a mega Arctic cold front slowing down to drop in for an extended visit in the Mid Atlantic. (Although in my region I expect 1-3 inches of snow due to a lot of sleet. Hey, 1-3 inches is a pasting in my 'hood! Leesburg can take 14". I'll take 3" and be every bit as happy!)

I am blasting ELO songs, Elton John songs, Billy Joel songs, Eagles, absolutely ANYTHING that has ever reminded me of snow! Just BLASTING them at 90 decibels! Folks are up and at work now. I can vibrate the windows if I want lol

what was on the pill cocktail menu tonight?  progressed to crushing and snorting yet?

Why?  The Hunter S Thomspson of Centreville has been openly boastful of his opiate addiction.

You do realize he has been coming after me for months and months now with zero provocation including in this thread?

Why is PG getting involved yet again where he doesn't know anything about context?  Matt and needabiggerboat are arguing...needabigger attacked first and now PG slithers and and tries to tell Matt he wasn't being very nice (not taking sides here).   I mean, the content has since been removed, but he needs to really mind his ****ing business sometimes.

let what be?  I have mostly ignored this sh-it.  His most common theme is psychoanalyzing me and telling me I need to be medicated and in talk therapy.  All of this with zero provocation.

I am surprised you held your tounge this long. He has been brutal.

I've gone after him before...But I'd rather just avoid this stuff.  Fear and loathing in Centreville.  I hope he gets help.

Do you even know wtf is going on before you stuck your nose in it?  Do you know that Matt's flaws were made fun of first?   You need to keep your nose out of stuff, seriously.

A little doctor shopping between model runs?  Able to score your own prescription pad yet?

suddenly, you're a paragon of board etiquette?  When did this transformation occur?  in the last 30 seconds?

not really important, but some context.  i have life long health problems and cancer.  i'm not looking for sympathy.

unfortunately need to take meds, and for anybody in a similar situation you can relate to what is sometimes a struggle.  no, i don't doctor shop and i'm not addicted to anything (matt, the correct term is opioids, not opiates...it just shows your ignorance on a topic you don't understand).  i've tried my best to minimize intake and have refused offers from my docs of stronger meds.  i'm also my own advocate, which includes exploring alternative medications, primarily natural, plant based options.

matt, apologies if you are offended.  i do think you fit the classic diagnosis criteria for bi-polar, and you may want to reflect.  you are a great asset to the board in terms of your technical knowledge and local climo awareness, but you are a perpetual grump, frequent cyber bully, and often mean and nasty to newcomers or noob posters.  and you whine a lot.  it's annoying.

i hope you and all of my other "targets" get lots of snow, sleet, or whatever you want out of this event and can end winter on a happy note.

i'm looking forward to spring, summer, and nat's baseball.  but i live on the knife's edge of life.  not sure if this is my last winter.

Yeah :( . Every family member ive lost in the last 25 years has been to cancer. 2 grandparents, 2 aunts, a cousin the same age as me when we were 11, and 2 2nd cousins. That plus my profession basically ensures a short life for me.

But what i lost and what you lost arent remotely comparable, and im terrified of what ill eventually have to go through. Dont know how you do it.

You gonna try to get that shot of liquid pot? I've heard research in the UK has had some amazing results. I've also heard they are actually testing injecting GM viruses like measles and HIV and there has been some success where they attack the cancer cells but do not cause the virus themselves because they have been modified. Good luck!! And by the way...you're a sarcastic sob but I get that humor so I don't get offended with your stuff

First, sorry to hear about your cancer man.  My dad died in 2012 from it and lost a nephew to it.   I know you're not looking for sympathy, but I genuinely hope you beat the son of a b**ch.

Secondly....look at the second paragraph and the sentence after your apology.  It's sort of a non apology apology.  You walk into the exact same thing you're apologizing for (re bi polar)...nobody needs you publicly diagnosing them on the internet and then making fun of it after the fact.  Why not just....not do it at all?  Or make any references to it?   It would set me off as well.  You've done it numerous times and in about 99.9% of the cases, you started it and I've mostly stayed out of it.   PG had zero f*cking context before he decided to slither into the melee and open his trap.

I never had a problem with needabiggerboat....love the screenname and I get his snark/sarcastic sense of humor because I'm the same way.    But sometimes he goes overboard...as do all of us.
