Measured 0.5", but it's even beginning to melt off the driveway in spots. Really wanted to add to the snow pile. There are a few flakes mixing in still, so maybe if the rates pick back up we can get some snow to fall through the warm layer for a little while???? RU848789 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Light snow started here around 15 minutes ago and it quickly went to moderate snow 10 minutes ago - light coating on the ground. If temps were more borderline (it's 26F now) and if it hadn't been so cold before the precip started, I'd be more worried about the early March sun angle at midday - I think it will only be a minor factor. Only picked 0.5" as best I can tell; _may_ have been a tenth or two more. Sidewalks and roads are getting slick. Tricky out there for sure.
