At some point, DC area schools are going to have to come to collective agreement that a few inches of snow shouldn't close schools. Some districts this year probably already close to more closures than actual inches of snow that have fallen all winter. Fairfax builds in 11 days to their schedule and this is #7 for them so far.I don't disagree that schools, particularly in VA, are closed too often, but they do have the days available.
