Can someone please tell an ametuer like me how Pickens/Greenville County is going to wind up with more than 3 inches? The rates are terrible here and not even sticking on the roads. I had big hopes for this one, but I don't think it is happening. I'm betting 3-4 inches max for us and things will really have to pick up for even that to happen.
