Regan
Still blowing my mind watching Facebook and how people have no clue there's anither storm. They think this is the only one! They see the accum maps for the other storm thinking its for this storm and proclaiming there's no way because their snow has stopped. How do they not know? Wow
New SREF is out. SREF just went nuts with the precip. 850 frzg line stays near I-85 during the heart of it. Reminding me of 3/09. Heavy, heavy wet snow.

RevDodd
Aright this is what I am going to go with for now. A good, solid expectation ... though I might figure on more loss to rainfall in the southern "A" section.
cmh90
I did too, I thought it would be more west, but the ULL is weakening so fast so it's probably right. PGV jackpot....again. Imagine living 20 miles east of pgv we always see them hit big.

EmersonGA
Totally We are walking that fine line. Who ever ends up just in the all snow zone close to the transition zone will jackpot. That said if I have to drive 20 miles north to see that I will. I'm thinking we will be good where we are at though. As Cheez said north 285 seems to be good. The old saying that those with the most snow will be able to hear the rain might apply in this one.

nwupstatewx
15z SREF plumes for KGMU (Greenville Downtown) show this is either going to be a lot of snow (4"+) or a lot of rain...few members in between.
Lookout
Sref is tucked in farther nw. 9z meh they are nearly identical with the surface low but lol...i don't think i've ever seen a storm where the sref has been referenced this much...even though it's been largely considered as being too amplified. sparklecity
Why are you worried about temps when the 850 line is down to 85? You are above 85 right? 1 mile south. I think the northern counties will def be ok though. I'd be more worried around Anderson, Greenwood, Newberry.
Wow
CLT mean is 3.34, HKY mean is 8.17. It's got the average r/s line near I-85 to be sure. QPF mean is 1.21" for CLT and 1.06 for HKY.
UNCCmetgrad
SREF mean for CLT now down to 3.5 inches. Looking closer to the distributions there are two groupings. One centered around 2in and another grouped around 6. So it looks like we have a lot of members disagreeing with each other. I assume the ones around the 2in mark are the members taking the surface low much further north.
