It's snowing!!!! Woohoo!!! Came in really fast, starting about 1:20 pm and snowing moderately already. Warnings are up for most of central Jersey for 4-8" of snow, but Middlesex is only under an advisory for 2-4" - pretty sure they're going to need to upgrade, as I would expect more like 4-6" in the New Brunswick-Woodbridge area if other areas that close by are going to get 4-8" - no way we only get 2-4" in that scenario.

Mt. Holly finally extended the warning to Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and SW NJ for 4-6".  Just didn't make sense all day to not do this.  Better late than never.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...BRIEFLY CHANGING TO SOME SLEET AND

FREEZING RAIN.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TRACE TO AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA AND MAY BE HEAVY AT

TIMES WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 INCH PER HOUR POSSIBLE IN SOME
