HighStakes Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 I got stuck on Black Rock Rd, just off Falls Rd at 12:30. 4 cars on the shoulder, which is barely a shoulder there. It was really bad getting home from work. That's a horrible road in bad weather. Even in nice weather seems like you can never go fast enough for people on that road.
