Deck Pic
The orientation of the shield should shift a bit and push more and more southeast....I don't think the DC's southern burbs will have to put up with being fringed for too long...this has all been modeled

Jebman
I see we are under a warning. I think I will expect three inches or so. We are east of the really heavy bands but 3 inches is a wonderful storm for me, especially when you consider the 6 inches I received last Monday. Leesburg and Maryland you are going absolutely JACKPOT today! I think Leesburg will top out at 10 to 12 inches and MD may see as much as fifteen by late tonight. You guys will get deathbanded over and over and over again thru 11pm at least. As for me, 3 inches take me to about a foot on the season. Maryland got screwed royally last Monday. That is most emphatically NOT the case today. Leesburg will not be fringed. You guys are the big winners in this storm! CONGRATULATIONS ON A KICK ASS STORM!!! WEATHER53
Check the 850's to our west/sw, they 0 line is in Central Kentucky and not making significant northward inroad. It about 25* up top so milder than surface and the Arctic Assassin is winning early.
