Angela T
Not sure if very cold temperatures near I 95 and I 85 intersect will help you guys to the north stay more frozen, but I thought I might share my observations down southeast of you guys. Prince George Va, 10 / -4. BTW, NWS says low of 10 tonight which as I just stated, is already there at 8pm.
snowfan
We will stay thin on clouds for awhile so temps shouldn't jump much tonight.

Angela T
Down to 9* now on a 7" snow pack from Mondays storm. No frozen predicted here, just hoping for very little qpf of rain. Rain and 7" snow pack with a spetic system on flat land is never a good thing.
CAPE
3F. Should go below 0 here next few hours with light winds and not much cloud cover.
PhineasC
3F. Should go below 0 here next few hours with light winds and not much cloud cover. Hard to believe that in 24 hours or less it will be pouring cold rain.
CAPE
Hard to believe that in 24 hours or less it will be pouring cold rain. Yup. But its bad timing and a crap setup. Just glad I had the Saturday and Monday night events. Been a great week. Given how unhelpful the AO/NAO has been, couldn't ask for more. If things time out well tomorrow maybe I can pad the numbers with a couple inches of snow before the deluge tomorrow night.
