superjames1992
It is amazing that we won't even come close to making 20 degrees tomorrow under the late February sun angle. Pretty bizarre. I wish we could have had this intense of a cold shot in January.

packfan98
I can't remember a day where the high was in the teens. And it's going to be sunny? Amazing!
Marion_NC_WX
A good portion of the North Carolina Mountains are already getting close if not entering the single digits...scary thing is that if the model data from the past several days verify, there's another 5-8 degree drop in 850 temps expected before it bottoms out by morning... The fact that 850's will be its coldest after daybreak tomorrow is going to lead to the large number of record cold-maximum's on Thursday.

EmersonGA
23 with a flizzard still going. GFS says 11 tonight which seems achievable but I wouldn't be surprised to reach single digits since it seems so easy the past couple of years. J.C.
We are still relatively mild considering the cold air being unimpeded by the mountains tonight, 30.5F It pretty much takes 40 mph winds to move warm air out of the heat bowl of central South Carolina.
