sankaty
The 0Z GFS has cooled off a fair amount from about 900 to the surface. Just barely breaks freezing now. Looks like it would be just about all snow, verbatim.

NorEastermass128
Euro is colder as well. Very close to all snow at BOS. Going 4-6" IMBY. Probably 3-5" for YBY. 2-4" for BOS (gets them over 100"!)
Damage In Tolland
Take the advisories up to warning BOX. This is a widespread 6-10 inch storm I believe
moneypitmike
Take the advisories up to warning BOX. This is a widespread 6-10 inch storm I believe I don't see anything in any guidance to suggest 4-8" in Franklin County like the forecast has. I'm taking 3-5 tops. -1.7/-

wxsniss
6z vs. 0z both NAM and RGEM ticked colder but drier can't see 925Ts but 850T certainly ticked colder on 6z RGEM not even sure rain makes it to BOS but drier... honestly Kevin the only area that consistently looks like it might reach warning criteria is your area, a little jack over northcentral CT on the RGEM... otherwise not enough support to say warning for most of SNE
wxsniss
Looks reasonable with slightly colder but drier trends:

moneypitmike
Counting on ratios here if I want to go over 4-5". Blizz should do well I'm not excited about ratios--I don't see good snow growth and moisture is limited. Good chance for (another) under-performer out here. But, with the recent stretch of cool days, the winter has risen to the B- level. Met-winter wil likely sit at a C+.

wxsniss
figure one more tic colder and drier at 12z? also watching Philly - northern NJ for signs of over-performer if this will be one, but so far models have trended a little drier
