drfranklin
I wonder what implications this has for Upstate SC and Piedmont of NC - GSP just released their weather advisiories - interestingly, FFC has a WSW just north of Athens GA, while GSP has nothing for the counties adjacent - dry air? I have a DP of 0 now

Shetly, then Mack, but he's probably in the bass masters over at Lake Hartwell.I'm in the middle of the lake now! All the returns are drying up past ATL , not much hope for me! Plus I'm in CLT , so it probly makes it to GSP since I'm not there! My peeps take some pictures!

weatherlover
Is this system trending south? No way the batch of snow/sleet misses NC to the north.. If anything it looks like its going to miss us to the south?

Even Augusta looks good Nothing for the Carolinas, though. It appears that the precip dries up as it moves east. Looks good for N GA, however. BlueRidgeFolklore
Is this system trending south? No way the batch of snow/sleet misses NC to the north.. If anything it looks like its going to miss us to the south? Appears to be. Most models had the system building back into Arkansas and southern Missouri with no returns as far south and east as they currently are, yet just looking at the radar, the predominant moisture is building into Mississippi with snow reaching Atlanta. Very interesting nonetheless, just from this weenie's POV.
