N. OF PIKE
EC ensembles are pretty good looking for the Norlun/morphing coastal. They look a little juicier than the OP to the SW. in NE mass as well?

Zeus
Are we considering the stuff just off the South Shore as part of this system or todays? This, to me, on radar, doesn't look to be as directly related to the exiting system as it is to OES/Norlun snows from a hung-back trough. But I'm no scientist. I'm just the voice of god. If you deem fit to move my posts, then so be it.

CoastalWx
But what is the stuff developing off Weymouth? Is that strictly OES or is the inv trough setting up? It's definitely a trough. NNW winds here. NE in cape cod bay. Models focus on that yomorow.
wx2fish
in NE mass as well? Western extent of .5" line on the mean roughly runs from Cape Ann to Exeter, NH up near Conway.

Zeus
Snowing at a decent clip regardless of the source: the thing that's going to slip under notice is that Leon could be dead within a few hours if the radar holds steady.
Zeus
seems like this is a now cast Norlun's always seem to be that way. They're fickle mistresses, like old hookups that are too crazy to call but if they call you then you better answer. It's silly to really put too much effort into nailing down a forecast on these things... just look out your window, maybe check the radar, and enjoy it if you get it and shrug if you don't.
