powderfreak
Some hate this but very strong windex squalls bring in the Arctic assault. Really awesome Upslope signal tomorrow evening up here... haven't seen this look in a while. If this played out I bet the western slopes and ski areas could verify low end warning. GGEM... GFS... tamarack
12z gfs had AUG/WVL centered with about 1.25" qpf, somewhat lesser amounts in all directions from there. Odd location for the bullseye, given the situation? GFS clown map has that area with 18" over the next 48 hr. 12z Hi Res 2.5 RGEM Sign me up! Wow! PWMan
Radar is lighting up south of PWM. Wonder if any of that is reaching the ground (I'm in Boston - heading home in a bit). Whatever you do, don't venture into the weekend storm thread. It's a real wet blanket.

N. OF PIKE
weenie flurries in Melrose, Ma Hi Res nam likes to get a batch of S-/S going over E-C Mass from like 5-midnight then lift that NE'ish. Seems separate from the Norlun which doesn't seem exceptionally impressive. I don't really think SNE sees advisory ...but I do see this as not being the typical Norlun especially in CNE
Damage In Tolland
Also gonna be some nice light/mod snow bursts over the rest of SNE that could drop 1-2 at least right during morning commute
