Clinch Leatherwood
Given the fact models couldn't hit the side of a barn inside of 6 hours in the last system I will hold off on joy or discontent here for a bit. Nice spiral showing up in the bay.

Ginx snewx
Odds are this misses us to the NE. Maybe SE MA gets something with the additional energy that goes by Thu AM? Odds are we miss that too. We're onto Sunday. Off to the model thread and keep this one on the back burner. I should have quoted you, RGEM is close to clocking Cape Ann to Cape Cod
Clinch Leatherwood
Anyway nice spiral obvious with velocity data off wood end. Seems early to me, looks decent and well south southwest of 0z models

These are cool to watch even if it doesn't pan out in my backyard. Still will hurt if I'm just missing out but what can you do.
dendrite
Nice little mesolow on the BTV WRF...clocks DAW/SFM hard.

OceanStWx
Nice little mesolow on the BTV WRF...clocks DAW/SFM hard. There is definitely a trough out there already. The NAM and RGEM actually have it fairly well located upon initialization it looks like Easterly flow increasing should help this drift west later Wednesday, so that tells me places north of PWM are probably out of the NORLUN game. The transition to Miller B is a different story though.
TalcottWx
about time to put this one to bed in MASS http://www.weather.gov/btv/4kmwrf F'n Climo models don't have us getting the meat but definitely the leftovers. Not every event is gonna be major. I'll take it happily.
OceanStWx
Some of the hi-res stuff really shows a nice, compact meso-low forming. Almost like that lighter fuel injected one that dumped from SW ME into BOS a few days ago. I totally buy that evolution.

powderfreak
We like the 00z GFS over the next couple days. Good upslope signal with the deepening low. Pittsburgh, NH is due for a shellacking.
powderfreak
00z RGEM is a big hit for eastern half of NNE. Someone could really get croaked if ratios are high in some Norlun dendrites.
wxjim207
You know these things must drive the models nuts. BTV WRF was south of PWM for jackpot. Then NE of PWM up to IWI. Now its back south again. Haha Nice little mesolow on the BTV WRF...clocks DAW/SFM hard.
OceanStWx
RGEM sounding the alarms for RKD. 06z run smokes the DAW area with the NORLUN, then morphs it into the Miller B and dumps 2" QPF on the Midcoast.
dendrite
Models are really backing off my area with this...looks OK through DAW/IZG though. SREFs never really bit on my area yesteray so I'll give them credit. We'll see how it plays out though.

OceanStWx
Wonder if Portland, Maine pulls the 7/10 Split I don't think we whiff, but I could easily envision just SW getting clocked by the NORLUN, then the Midcoast Mauler developing to the east. I do think the inverted trough gets caught in the upper flow and progresses northeast up the coast. While it does that it could lay down a quick 3-6 just about everywhere.
