Amos83
Clouds have rolled in here at the office in Davidson. Hopefully that caps or at least slows the temp climb
Regan
Temp at 37F at RDU at Noon under mostly sunny skies. We need some clouds up in her, stat. Still getting a reading of 34 here (as well as several stations). I do see a few that are reading high. The tv stations are really on board for this happening. They said it'll brin clouds with it and it'll cause temps to fall as it passes through.

kvegas-wx
amazing that it is 100% clear blue sky in downtown winston and we could have snow showers in less than 2 hours. don't recall anything like in a winter scenario. much more aligned with summer storms. sparklecity
Those returns have a little more southward movement than I thought they would. Maybe I can get lucky in eastern Spartanburg. Charlotte looks to have a direct hit...as usual. We did have flurries about 1.5 hours ago for a few minutes.

burgertime
watching the radar loop it didn't even look impressive! potent little booger we have here! Keep trying to tell you guys these bands are the real deal. They lay down snow fast. It's just like getting under a thunderstorm in summer when you can get a quarter of an inch under a downpour. kvegas-wx
radar is reloading around mt airy in the last 5-10 minutes and is going to pound east winston and GSO! brign it! EDIT - if you watch the loop it literally parts the seas around wilkesdud and regroups coming into yadkinville. he really must have pissed off the yeti last week or something. However, it did pepper down at a good clip. This band is the real deal for some one who gets under it for more than 30 mins.. Congrats. Hope it lays down at least a dusting for you.
