Wow - still flurrying up here -- nothing major, but pretty.  I'm sure you will see a few flakes in less than 10 minutes.

Just got the notification on my phone, wow that was a slow notification...

 

Anyway, it's built into GRLevel3 that's where I saw it, but I believe they're through the spotter network. Download you a free trial and load it up!

I have been under good radar returns for the past 30 minutes north of Eden, but only off and on light flurries so far.  The updated forecast sounds good though. 

 

Detailed Forecast
  • This AfternoonA chance of snow showers, mainly after 4pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Some thunder is also possible. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38. West wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
  • TonightSnow showers likely, mainly before 7pm. Some thunder is also possible. Partly cloudy, with a low around 8. Northwest wind 10 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
