gravitylover
Under the 3" of fluff that fell in my neighborhood is a bulletproof icepack of death... South of 287 had that zr storm, we didn't get that up here. What we have on the ground is deep but not terribly dense.

PB GFI
The 12z GEFS are colder than it`s OP for this . The Euro SLP ticked way colder at 0z than the dumb cutter idea it had at 12z yesterday. The GEM is the coldest of all the OPs AND reading MT HOLLY`S AFD as it agrees with me , the models will come to the pattern . The models should come around to the colder solution . Even if we warm in the mid level , if that SLP passes to your S you may see Snow to frozen back to Snow .

PB GFI
Wait, Mt. Holly is already favoring the canadian before the rest of the 12z guidance is in? SAT THRU SUN...TEMPERATURES MODERATE...BUT CHCS FOR PRECIP INCREASEAS A LOW SHEARS OUT AS IT APPROACHES FROM THE OHIO VALLEY. PRECIP TYPE MOSTLY SNOW SAT BUT WITH HIGHS FCST TO REACH INTO THE 40S SUNDAY...WE COULD CHANGE OVER TO RAIN. OVERALL QPF IS NOT TOO GREAT THOUGH. MODELS MAY BE OVERDOING THE WARM AIR...SO WE`LL HAVE TO MONITOR THIS THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
