90.6" of so far this winter up at Norfolk, Connecticut...which is pretty much a normal amount as we close out the month of March.  However they still have 17 inches of snow on the ground as of this morning, which I found noteworthy.  They don't call Norfolk "The Icebox of Connecticut" for nothing.

Yep, EWR area has been getting holed, luckily I'm just south of EWR, and I have about 5 more inches then them. Essex County has been getting shafted a lot.

Yes indeed. We were too far west, then too far south, then too far north. We got a few 3-4 inchers and a few 4-5 inchers along with one over 6, making it a really solid winter overall. However, compared with the totals nearby, we did miss out on a lot as well

Who was it who once wrote, "Soo close; yet so far"...they should give him a tryout at The Times; the guy could go places...lol.

Lol I agree. I think the lyrics went something like this :

"So close

Yet so far away

We believe in tomorrow and a better day

We lie down to sleep so close

The 6z giveth, 12z taketh away"

What can I do?

What can I say?

I'd like  to cry

But for tissues I cannot afford to pay...

But though sorrow

May now consume my day

I take comfort knowing

18z is but six hours away...

OMG that was bad...(my addition that is).  I think I need to make myself a scrambled egg for breakfast.  I had nothing to eat on Friday & Saturday...and it was absolutely delicious.
