nyblizz44 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 For those saying all day long that NYC would not fare well.....think again! snowing for the past 45 minutes, switched to moderate about 10 minutes ago at 1/4 and heading towards 1/2 inch. Gorgeous snow growth, no wind will be high ratio.
