Expat
I noticed that the WSW for Fairfax and Loudoun starts at 4pm and not 6pm. And if the snow has started at Roanoke, could we potentially see snow starting around 2pm-3pm?

MichaelScott
Light snow continues here with occasional bursts of more intense stuff. Eyeballing the parking lot I'd say there's maybe a quarter inch on the ground.

wxdude64
Took 2.5 hours, but got my first inch of new snow here, course the first hour was pixie dust that barely covered the ground. Seems the band isn't really moving that much on radar???
BristowWx
Rare sight to see entire state of VA pink with WSW. not sure I have ever seen that...ever.
Jebman
12 degrees with a -9 dewpoint, north winds at 11 mph, and cirrostratus is starting to thicken into altostratus. Radar is developing all over central and south VA and is making inroads on MY backyard and environs. Kentucky is getting destroyed and West Virginia is being systematically engulfed.
