Steady light snow, although the snow has been moderate at times earlier. Profound surface frigidization is in play, extremely frigid ground temps with flakes piling up. It's been snowing for 90 minutes or so but still very light, and very small flakes. The major roads I can see look just wet at this point... unless it's ice... but they're black again after being bright white with treatment for the last day or two.
