I was just assuming 15:1 at the end myself.. though I felt I was sort of 'guaranteed' 7-8 or so based on that midday today..  and it kinda looks that way for now so I dunno. Whatever. ;)

if we cant get more than 10:1 ratios on our coldest storm in 11 years..not sure what else to say about our area
