Flakes started shortly after 3PM in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda area, has now been snowing at a pretty steady clip for the past hour. They will move SW to NE until the coastal realigns the precip stream later tonight. That's when some can really jackpot. Until then, enjoy the pulsing rates.
