Ellinwood
wow. no need to get snippy. I never said it had an impact. All I did was confirm an observation. Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Forum Fiend v1.3.1. Not really snippy so much as me being blunt about how much value we actually get comparing the radar to the models this far out (which is zero). No reason to worry/be optimistic based on the radar at this point.
yoda
SREF plumes give 0.6" to both Frederick and to BWI. Total snow ~ 7 to 9 You already have the 21z SREF plumes?
Kevin Druff
Sorry, was out all day. Can anyone comment on the cold being showed Thursday and especially Friday morning by the euro? Euro has been consistently cold by 10-20° over fresh snow cover according to Ryan Maue. That being said, my other comment on the euro: that b**ch is cold, yo. IIRC the last few times the euro through out crazy low temps in our area, progged deep snowpack failed to materialize.
