Absolute Humidity
Looks like another 1" - 1.5" has fallen in Middlesex and Monmouth co's the last two hours and based off of 5am PNS reports I'm Venturing to estimate a solid 4-8" has fallen there with upto .5" more. Hurricane Agnes
OMG trying to find a somewhat protected spot was near impossible. The snow blew completely off many of the roofs around here. Was able to find a couple spots out of the wind to get a "total" average of about 1.6" (which is the total of round 1 of 0.4" and thus round 2 of 1.2"). OBS Partly cloudy Temp bottomed out about 8.2F Winds NW moderate, strong

wkd
Looks like I got 2.25" snow. I missed the bigger area of snow that moved to my south last night. Very happy though that some of the snow occurred during the day. Looking forward to Tuesday.

TheManWithNoFace
Any of you folks who pay special care to your measurement...anyone melt down to get the liquid equivalent? I am hoping that there will be some conclusions on the ratio debate.

famartin
Parents had 0.37" liquid from the 4.4" of snow. 12:1 ratio. Its possible a some extra snow blew into the gauge, or some snow blew off the board. Not sure.

TheManWithNoFace
Thanks Ray. I think there's a teachable moment here for people who were expecting 15:1 or greater. Cloud microphysics is not yet well understood. When we play this fickle game of predicting snow accumulation, it is often misdiagnosed or ignored I think. BBasile
It's wild outside. Have grass showing in some spots and 1.5' drifts in some others. Peak wind gust still only made it to 38 mph, though.
Bliz299
As of noon(15th) peak gust NW66mph@8:20am. Temp. at the time was 10° which gives a wind chill of -20°. Yikes! From midnight and based on 1-minute data I've recorded 70 gusts =>50mph and 16 =>55mph. Just the one =>60mph. Been damn windy!!

BBasile
There's an area in my front yard with nearly no snow, and just up against my house is pretty much all of that snow. Yep. The wind here is pretty much coming straight down my street, so all the snow from mine and my neighbor's lawn piled up on my neighbors's driveway and cars. He shoveled, but it was pointless.
