N. OF PIKE
This may not do it justice,, but it's S+ with absolutely beautiful flakes regular radar out of upton or taunton not doing any justice to snow's falling there at all
Typhoon Tip
I actually like this photo .. It would be awesome if there was that faint, orange glow of a center-piece fire place.
moneypitmike
what's the definition of S+ I use 1/4 visibility which means I can't see the next hill over. Is the definition something else?

Damage In Tolland
regular radar out of upton or taunton not doing any justice to snow's falling there at all I use Wunderground and it shows it pretty well. It pulses But generally use OKX radar for this area. It's generally more accurate as I'm pretty far from BOX

moneypitmike
regular radar out of upton or taunton not doing any justice to snow's falling there at all ENX and BOX radar's misunderestimating things up here, too. Their depictions here aren't always great. Miles better than PF's, though!!

moneypitmike
Seems like your weenie wants to take aim at him lately. I don't know what to make of that comment. Based on radar intensity and vector, it would appear that round 1 goes to a hfd/hub/Bos SE line with a secondary batch through western CT. And as I say, that I have good snow coming down under a deceptively week radar return. So who knows.
wxeyeNH
9.5F light snow vis 3/4 1". Radar seems to be underestimating returns up here. Snowing boarding on moderate at times past 15 minutes

moneypitmike
Good intensity, crappy flakes now. Struggling with the generator--I have to figure out where the air intake is and make sure it's clear. I think that's the problem. 13.3/

moneypitmike
Too much choke? I'll lessen next time. I managed to flood it, so I'll wait a few. The real sucky thing is that it started during my first round of attempts and I lowered the choke too soon. I figure once it's going it will melt all the stuff around I didn't shovel that needs melting.
