walthsnow
This is truly awesome. Been remarkably heavy for almost 2 hours. Crushing snow. So happy for everyone getting in on these bands. Hope Boston racks it up.

Jebman
You can tell that the outcome might have been really good had we developed the mid levels sooner. There just won't be enough time to twist this thing up into a nice stable deformation band. I wish it would man. I wish it would. I would like to see what you guys do when you REALLY get excited about heavy snow. I really REALLY want to see Boston and New England exceed 1717, with ALL MY HEART! I wish you would get SICK deform snows for days.

moneypitmike
Watch that 2nd band in Middlesex county..that is really starting to go nuts. Mid-level magic can be fun sometimes I hope my brothers in Concord and Harvard are awake for this---they're both getting rocked. Again.
Patfan1987
Looks to me as if the band has slowed some and has started to build to the North and East of Methuen.

OceanStWx
I totally agree about his comparing it to Chicago in the Groundhog Day blizzard in 2011. That was the most lightning I've ever seen (and even AWIPS caught a bunch of it).
moneypitmike
Do they call you their sister..Debbie? Not at all--I always tell them they're going to get rocked and I'm right. OceanStWx
RAP mesoanalysis dropped another contour, due south of MVY. Deformation banding is desperately trying to get its act together before everything slips too far east. East of ORH enjoy it while it lasts. Height falls are awesome...mid-levels just going to town right now...a few hours of joy before it exits stage right...but you can clear see the deformation area getting organized for a final farewell present
