winterwx21
Started snowing moderately here in the Edison area around 10:15 pm and in 15 min we have a new 1/2" on the ground. Looks like I have another 20-30 min in this line, so hopefully I can get a new 1" to 1.5". Then we'll have to see if anything else materializes. Down to 26F, but no real wind to speak of. Snow is gorgeous dendrites and I'd guesstimate at least 15:1 ratios. We had a burst of heavy snow. Then it went light to moderate. And now the heaviest snow. Extremely heavy right now with very big flakes.

Rjay
i think I'm going to open up my own weather station. Pm if your interested in joining the organization. We could do better than nws! You might be the worst weenie ever..and might I add, you would have busted too!
Pequest
The squall line definitely weakened from those earlier reported totals Out here by the Delaware Water Gap I will agree. What we saw incoming here in Warren County NJ and eventually observed was nothing as was reported in PA earlier today.
winterwx21
This must be a 4 to 5 inch an hour snowfall rate. Just insane. This is the highlight of the winter here.
