That line is gonna cross the city drop an inch and change the winds to northwest and dry out the whole storm. A total bust as far as the snow for just everybody but philly and dc

I think it will be more then that more like 2" in the city an 3" on li. But yeah it's another bust on the low side this winter

ill be happy with 2 but inside I'm pissed af! I really thought that inverted trough was going to do real well for us but it screwed us. And that storm was Tuesday is trending terrible for us. Long Island could get some out of it unless it starts trending west again. I'm pissed

How can the nws hold firm with warnings and advisories, especially blizzard warnings. Its very frustrating, they did the same thing with the blizzard of 15. Very misleading to the public. I don't know if its stubbornness or pride or what but its getting old. No way those numbers or conditions verify...especially in CT. Sorry for the rant just had to say something.

Sure ill have my BS in meteorology in the spring, lets do this. Well call it the nnws. The New National Weather Service. Issue our own products exact opposite to nws. Just frustrated at the whole thing, I messed up too but at least I admit it. Upton never fesses' up

Haha I just noticed light snow to. As soon as heaviest radar passed me it decides to snow lightly

Very nice light snow that just as that high ratio look to it. Haven't measured since about 4pm. Looks to be solidly over 2" now. I always figure this was a 1-3 / 2-4" for us out this way with the inverted trough being the wild card if more could happen. Well that hand is now being delt and the cards will soon be revealed.

I'm only at about 1.5. I figured 2-4 for us and never brought into the high ratio bs

Started snowing moderately here in the Edison area around 10:15 pm and in 15 min we have a new 1/2" on the ground.  Looks like I have another 20-30 min in this line, so hopefully I can get a new 1" to 1.5".  Then we'll have to see if anything else materializes.  Down to 26F, but no real wind to speak of.  Snow is gorgeous dendrites and I'd guesstimate at least 15:1 ratios.
