At roughly8 pm I drew the line where edge of furthest north precip was, by 952 is next line of how far it has progressed, continues to fill in from NYC east, probably all long island snowing again maybe by midnight? That's why you can't forecast ridiculous ratios just because the atmosphere is cold. Snow growth was awful, due mostly to the weak UVVs overall.
