mdhokie
snow tornados, 6 degrees. Parts of my yard are bare grass and other parts have 8-12" drifts.
Herb@MAWS
2.7 degrees at 7:15am. 3.5" snow. Impressive how the wind has exposed the grass a bit overnight. So who needs warmer temps and higher sun angle to expose the grass?
smokeybandit
6.6 for the low. Plenty of new branches and sticks on the snow. Maybe I'll get lucky and have snow on snow for the first time in a few years.
Stormpc
Scary loud wind coming back. Neighbors trampoline is gone and I don't know where it ended up. Certainly by far the best winds since Sandy. Probably better.
MN Transplant
Dear Marylanders, be thankful every day that you don't like across the river. (This isn't some random scoured-out spot, this is the sum total from last evening)

midatlanticweather
Still have my trampoline thankfully. 4 for the low. Since my weather station doesn't do gusts, it measured a sustained wind at 48 mph at some point. .that is a sampling odd thing I do not understand. Jebman
Scary loud wind coming back. Neighbors trampoline is gone and I don't know where it ended up. Certainly by far the best winds since Sandy. Probably better. Trash can lids are flyin all over the place. My newspaper was halfway down my road. Branches and twigs are all over the yard. That wind chill is something else. This morning's jebwalk was something else. Low was 7 degrees. Wind chills are way down in the negative teens. Mrs.J
4.6 with a WC of -2 in my back yard. Wind was absoutly insane last night and still is. The wind tunnel behind our house did not dissapoint. Slept like crap between the actual wind and the noises the house was making.

PEPCO outages never hit 5,000 despite the winds, but I guess the lack of persistence really kept the outages low.
