Mr. Windcredible!
Figured this was deserving of its own thread as I don't think anyone wants to spend time hunting through banter/discussion threads for pictures. Decent cover here but nothing epic. But after today there should be some places in ENE with some impressive pack...which looks to be added to even more over the next week or two. MarkO
During the blizzard (note table had been cleared for the 8" from previous storm), and I thought it was impressive at the time. The second one is the same spot from today. Yard stick is useless, graduated to a telescopic surveyors grading rod (13 feet)
Mips
Here are a few taken today of the accumulated snowpack as of 2/9 (this afternoon). In the front, towards the front yard. Driveway area on the left edge (explains the low levels there) back side yard to right of pool - as the wind blew. That is a standard height chain link fence back there. Another in the back. There is a pool under there. The pile of snow on the left is what has been cumulatively dumped over the rail of the back balcony running the length of the house. CoastalWx
Phone died from cold but a few. My son's play house. Two storms worth of snow on deck. This was cleared after blizzard.

Mips
Speaking about the roof. I was in denial about how much was up there. We got it off the porch roof while hoping the pitch on the rest is strong enough. This is the view once the porch roof total was added to the front drifts. SlantStickers Anonymous
Alright, time to post some pictures! daylight ones were taken around 4pm today, nighttime ones I just took around half an hour ago. In that first picture, the slide that's just barely visible next to the swingset is 4' high.
SlantStickers Anonymous
Continued... In this bottom picture, the drift has grown high enough that the potted plant hanging outside (at around 4' above the ground) has been completely engulfed. The plant is normally somewhere near the lower middle of the window.

Not Carl Sagan
Tons of great shots here. OHR, that stairway to nowhere is fantastic. Here are a few I happen to have on my phone at the moment, some taken with DSLR, mostly from blizzard day (sorry I haven't gotten out with the camera since). HullMA
That 10 foot drift is a road in hull called beach ave(2nd pic is down beach ave). It would be considered an emergency artery but the drifts were too much to keep up with. Minimum depth is 2 ft and maximum is 10-13. Thats after sunday... Plows couldnt keep up. We only have 12 guys at DPW. All side streets were given up on at some point on monday. Only emergency arteries in town got focus.
