ncforecaster89
Man, you're crazy! How'd you make out the last time during the Blizzard? I know you were sort of stranded in Scituate? Was it everything you expected? Lol...my wife tells me that alot! Yes, it was pretty awesome. Thanks so much for your suggestion to go to the Scituate area. You and a couple other members were very helpful, and I greatly appreciate it!
BRSno
If this verifies it'll be the most epic 30 days stretch in Boston winter weather history, no?
donsutherland1
Epic epic Maybe when this stretch of snowstorms is finished, New Englanders will refer to 2015 as the year of the Great Snow.
Chrisrotary12
18z GFS was a bit slower, sharper, and dug for just a bit more oil at 500 mb. The end result is pure nudity for eastern SNE.
CT Rain
Also extremely windy and cold as that thing bombs out. GFS is pretty epic.

ncforecaster89
Pure Blizzard for E MA on that run. With the latest GFS run, I'm feeling torn between the Marshfield/Plymouth area and the outer Cape; near Chatham...if that run materialized verbatim. weathercoins
If this verifies it'll be the most epic 30 days stretch in Boston winter weather history, no? I don't think we need this to verify for that to be the case after today, IMHO.

I'd hit up the Hingham area now with the amount of snow they have already OTG.
weathercoins
Doesn't this GFS run show a storm deeper at its center than anything we've seen so far?
BostonWX
I'm pretty sure I was happy with 7 different coatings of snow just a month ago. Have times changed or what.... What a bomb.

SR Airglow
Steve, Boston is crippled already as is, add another 1-2' to that and we are seriously ****ed. And without question this is already the most epic 30 day stretch at least in my lifetime. But if the Thursday and the weekend threats produce, it's not impossible that Boston will break it's all time record in a span of just 30 days(we'd need one more event to work out likely in the 10 ish days after Sunday). Incredible.

Zeus
I have a feeling 0z slaps us back to reality.... There's a chance of that. The Euro at 00z is of particular interest, being a weighty piece of guidance and also the one that shows the least impact. What it does with its next run could be a strong indicator of how real the Thu-Fri threat is for most of NE.
