SR Airglow
Did NWS just up the totals along the coast (including BOS) to 24-36"? Yes.
OceanStWx
Yes. Not crazy considering some places are already topping 24". But it's not like they're thinking widespread 36" totals or anything. They do have a weenie lolli right over Scott though.

codfishsnowman
7.5 storm total since sat, 18 to 22 inches otg so go with 20 avg. I can't believe Greenfield has more than double, wonder what the depth is there, I wish there were more reports up and down the valley. One thing though is that the 20 inches is not easy to walk through, super dense stuff... added 5 to 6 to the pack overall.... wed still need nearly a foot more otg to match 2011s peak....I agree with the fellow in Lenox though, it gets tiring almost always being on the meh end of things... my mom and other relatives keep calling and asking if we are ok but this amount of snow here is nothing which hasn't happened many times before just that its been a busy stretch actually right on par with last february
Max
20"-22" snow depth around my house. It is pretty dense for it being mostly fluff. I guess it is because it is mostly sugar and not dendrites.
codfishsnowman
Depth from Worcester to Boston sounds pretty uniform three to four feet I guess.... just mindboggling

sankaty
Measured 6.5" at around 3PM. It's been snowing lightly since then, so it's possible we've gotten up to about 7", but I'm not sure. There was about 4.5" on the ground around 10AM. About 2" has fallen since then. Total snow depth is around 21".
