Ottawa Blizzard
I don't understand why there is a freezing drizzle advisory out for Kitchener. They've barely had nay precip all day and wave three looks to miss them too.

It's going to become prevalent south of the warm front where moisture above 600mb gets peeled away and snowflakes can no longer form but the layers of the atmosphere closer to the sfc are saturated. Waiting for the 0z suite. Hopefully we'll be arriving at some sort of consensus.

Snowstorms
Nothing happening on the Nam through 15 hours in terms of precip.
Snowstorms
Nam doesn't show any developments through 20 hours. Maybe some flurries. Edit: Narrow band of some light snow in Hamilton around 22 hours.
Ottawa Blizzard
30 minutes ago it looked ike the snow was lifting out of my area, but it has now moved back in. Temperature is falling steadily. Down to -7C/20F.

I think the Nam did pretty well with this system. Had a more northern periphery than the other models..

blizzardof96
I'll see what the GFS and RGEM say before throwing in the towel on wave 3. The RGEM did pretty well with the first two waves. It was too far south/robust with the first two waves. It did a poor job compared to the NAM/EC/UKM.
blizzardof96
At this point ive just accepted that we won't see anything more than garden variety stuff from here on out in Toronto. Oddly enough I'm completely fine with that.
snowstormcanuck
Wave 3 looks like <2" here. Totals will probably be around 3" across the west end, to 4-6" across the east end. Pretty disappointing considering we had several runs where both the GFS and EURO were indicating AOA 1" QPF for Toronto.
Snowstorms
Looks like we'll max out at 2" at best in the GTA. Doesn't look like were going to see anything more. Funny how models yesterday were showing nearly 10", lol. The models have been downright horrible this season.

Oddly enough I'm completely fine with that. This one stings a bit for me. Not a true bust because the models trended away JUST in time before actual forecasts of big amounts were released by most forecasters. But still, with the first two waves trending north I thought that would be a good signal that wave 3 would come north for our benefit. Nope. BuffaloWeather
The Sabres won two in a row...We need to keep losing, I am going to the draft in Florida in June and want a guarantee of McDavid or Eichel. =(

snowstormcanuck
RGEM still looks more bullish with the snow potential tomorrow, although it's likely less QPF than its previous runs.
Ottawa Blizzard
0z RGEM rolling. Not as good as the last couple of runs, but not looking like a dud either. Maybe 2-4".
