I don't understand why there is a freezing drizzle advisory out for Kitchener. They've barely had nay precip all day and wave three looks to miss them too.

 

-FZDZ isn't going to show up on radar. It's going to become prevalent south of the warm front where moisture above 600mb gets peeled away and snowflakes can no longer form but the layers of the atmosphere closer to the sfc are saturated.

At this point ive just accepted that we won't see anything more than garden variety stuff from here on out in Toronto. Oddly enough I'm completely fine with that.

 

This one stings a bit for me. Not a true bust because the models trended away JUST in time before actual forecasts of big amounts were released by most forecasters. But still, with the first two waves trending north I thought that would be a good signal that wave 3 would come north for our benefit. Nope.
