WintersGrasp
18z NAM is a CT, NYC and LI special again. It's really just the difference between a tenth and half of an inch lol. Some areas might get 1-2" in southern New England

Keith O
I'm in Lima OH on a business trip and just picked up 2" in an hour and still snowing hard. Too bad the artic front loses the moisture and lift before it gets into the home area.
LongBeachSurfFreak
It's really warm here currently still 38 even after dark. Not expecting much if any accumulation here except on existing snow.

Guest Pamela
This thing doesn't look like more than a few snowshowers or flurries for this area...in NW CT & the Berkshires they might see 2 to 4 inches.
BxWeatherwatcher
might get interesting along the coast this morning as it seems some energy from the coastal is trying to get involved with the front itself and really exploding the radar right now moving to the coast, seems like it just wants to snow every 2 days and i wouldn't be shocked to see some good snows later on for a couple of hours with the bands moving thru. dmillz25
The temps have dropped 4 degrees in the last hour before the frontal passage and it hasn't started snowing yet. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a little more snow thane expected here.

Coastal is steeling energy away from the front and will be to far offshore for us. A place like Nantucket will do well

dmillz25
Light snow. And it looks like the radar filled in from the east as well or were my eyes deceiving me?
loadletterpaper
Light snow in RP, but picking up as the stuff develops overhead ahead of the obvious band moving southeast. Temp dropping very quickly per the BNL tower. Could make for some surprise slips on the local roads as any remaining melt refreezes.
