Freezing rain up here and 30 . The entire Island will go back over to snow by 11am The 850s will swing back through . It's a sloppy mess down here by me, gonna be a lot of salt getting dropped down on the roads later this afternoon. I think in some places they've already used up as much salt as last year due to the little dink and dunk 1-2 inch events on top of the more heavier events.
