You can see the heavier sleet echoes washing out as the returns approach the Bronx and Westchester. Getting destroyed here...

yes we are over the 6 inch mark here in the north bronx,its still raging snow out and getting noticibly colder too.just crazy.

I believe it is probably because it is coming down too heavily. Drizzle freezing rain builds up more.
