I thought it was whenever precip type changed, you should measure?

I'd have to look that up, I'm not sure. I think that's what I may do as well. 1.3" so far and pouring snow.

22" snowpack on March 4th..

The snowpack is nice and we got there through nickel and dime events for the most part, while most places to our south and east have cashed in with several storms of 6 plus. So, yeah, we've been fringed largely, even if we have a good pack to show for it simply due to the high number of small to moderate snow events. It's been a fun second half of winter for sure, but the big one still remains elusive.
