Damage In Tolland
Looks like the sleet will never make it this far north into the CT river valley. The battle zone was just to our east in Tolland. It never pinged here. Yeah..It literally was just about over my head lol.. HRRR almost nailed it..It had it at IJD

Whineminster
the lunenburg total seems a little much? sure does. I'm in downtown FIT and it's been pounding snow, but I don't think we have 13"....probably more like 10" Looks like dry slot moving into the middle latitudes of MA, still a good deal to go after that. Max
That band moving north of Hartford, CT means business. Definitely should be 1-2"/hr rates in that thing. Really coming down now and still north of that band. Flake size increased dramatically too. Much better growth now.

Whineminster
Go back over the last 2 winters and look at storm totals in ORH County. it tops the list every time The perfect locale: near the ocean for the moisture...far enough inland and elevated to stay snow. tamarack
The secondary taking over now was why this wasn't a true SWFE..Mix usually gets much farther north and NYC doesn't get ice storms on NE winds Is that last true? My memory for NNJ is that nearly all our ice storms came with NE winds.
