UlsterCountySnowZ
crappy run for most people after the front end dump I would disagree, atleast the mixing came south and didn't continue North, let's see what the GFS says, it is the nam remember
snywx
crappy run for most people after the front end dump He isn't talking about most people lol.. Im pretty sure his focus is on the interior. Nonetheless it was a great run for those N of the NJ/NY line
robPAwx
He's talking about himself since he thinks that it's so cold up there in highland lakes and that every storm is snow.
UlsterCountySnowZ
Can someone elaborate but it seems the nam moves this thing much faster than any other model, even the 4k is barely a 12 hr event if that.. Just checked again and the GFS is almost 6-8 hours more precip lol
MJO812
Much better run

F5TornadoF5
I just did a double check, the 0 z nam sucked for most people. Make a call out if I am wrong. The 00z solution brings more frozen precip compared to 18z. It's a step in the right direction and gives NYC more snow on the front end dump. WintersGrasp
This thread today is probably the most confusing one ever. Way too many people attempting to do play by plays and model analysis, seeing not only different things from one another, but in many cases the exact opposite. To simplify the NAM run.....it moved a bit further south. It is a step in the right direction, although not worlds apart from previous runs.
