You have always been indifferent toward me. I'm actually from the NE and grew up in these weather patterns.

I am real toward you, an actualist. Actually, you called us a bunch of dummies for holding onto our snow calls as you stated this system could not and would not, that the meteorology was not there.  There are no grudges, your discussion and amend was nice but I am not into the cum-bah-ya that a few others here are displaying since you made your redress statement.

I never called anyone a bunch of dummies!

Nothing like a good CHOpocalypse. (CHO storm? I'm trying to make this a thing.) Let's hope it's worth your drive!

I'll join in on making it a thing! Looking forward to the CHOpocalypse! Now where is a good place to eat? Knowing our kiddos they will just want to play in the snow and forget about dinner!

Excellent. Here's to the CHOpocalypse!

Depends on what y'all are looking for. If this thing starts tomorrow afternoon, there may not be that much open. Feel free to PM me, though, and I'll give you guys some recommendations.

i don't understand the "you'll be ok in dc, it's bmore that has to worry" talk.  we're like a quick 45 minute drive.  not a very good feeling seeing bmore on the fringe.  i need to see this not trend any further south the next couple runs before i feel comfortable about this storm.

Well, we already lost the deep moisture so things are looking pretty bad at the moment. That means dry air will be able to phase with the Baja low and send the deepest, most powerful, most wet moisture to NC like a Randy Jonhson hard slider.
