I think that's kind of nuts, especially for their southern tier of counties. Models are really coalescing around the I-94 corridor getting  slammed.

I can't help but find GRR very irritating. All the models now are showing much of their area getting 6 to 12 inches, and they JUST budge the southern counties in a warning.

At least they're touting possibility of 12"+ now...

Foot line up to the Toronto lakeshore on the 18z NAM Kuchera augmented map. Don't believe it for a second but for eye candy sake. And god bless the DTW-TOL corridor.

Wow. DTW going to get smoked with this storm. Would be nice to get an over achiever like the Dec 11th storm.

I know its easy to go 8-12" because 6-10/8-12 is the common range given for many a big snowstorm here, but I think its going to be depend how things start out tomorrow. Depending how much snow has fallen by the 1pm observation may dictate if they actual go all into those amounts. I mean, if we are at like 3-5" by lunchtime tomorrow and have another 20 hours of snow to go (with the heaviest to come Sunday evening), they will have no choice to bite on 12"+ amounts. Temps will be in the teens most of the storm and it wont be pixie dust, so I imagine some fluff to the snow ratios.
