Probably some plain rain there, and even up here doe a time. I'd say 3&6" front end dump for you with an inch on the backside? It's a mess regardless

This is turning out like so many SWFE here. I wouldn't be surprised if what falls gets washed away. May as well head home early tonite if it's a blowout. Not going to have an wasy work day like I was planning in yesterday.

I still don't know where people are getting 14 and such.  THe Wet NAM keeps me as Close to mixing as possible but does Not mix (was a bit colder than the 12z )  But I still only get 0.8" - 0.( or so and north of me gets less.  How does someone with 0.7" get 14"?  Are all mets Honestly predicting a 20:1 ratio in a storm that has mixing issues it's So Not cold?  I understand the thermal profiles are tight but can't be That tight.

You can't have a couple of models saying mixing up to Worcester and others saying "Oh ya, it may mix but you'll easily get 20:1 ratios when you are all snow for 14" ".  It's either a cold storm like January's 2 last year or it's a R/S storm like this one.

Tough to get a sense of that scale, but that brown strip in the middle is our driveway. That drift is about head high when I drive up the road in my SUV, and the fence behind it is well above the top of any vehicles as they drive in.

I think 10" of fluff and some winds should do well up here on the hill.

ALY still going with 10-14 pretty much region wide.. Got rid of the little 14-18 strip in the berks and tacs tho..my call for me is 6-8 then mix..its goin to be a close call with the front and the redevelopment

Solid.  They've lifted the 10-14" block way north and west of what they had earlier.

My son just looked out the window and said "more snow." Couldn't be more proud.

Lol.....reminds me of the time when,y daughter was 18 months old and rain was mixing with and changing to snow and she gleefully pointed to the window yelling snow!

She didn't grow to be a weenie though she's happy for the snow days..

Fall River area should get a good dumping. 4-7 maybe? Higher confidence of 4-6. Then an inch or two after. Watch that QPF dump near the 850 warm front. That has the potential to cause some people to go "it should have changed over by now!"

I hope you're right for me and esp. for you're l'il weenie. Hope you get time to enjoy it with him.

I have a flat roof...row house. Letting it ride though after the next storm I'll hire someone to go up and get rid of the snow. It's so high that I won't even think of attempting it.....too risky. Also, it gets a ton of wind so lot of last weeks snow blew off. I hired a guy to shovel for me for this next storm. Just the walk . I've been sick all week, 68 years old with no snowblower and a full time demanding job and I'll be working tomorrow. I'm getting soft....,,
