WeatherWilly
I don't see that map verifying with the cold temps that will be in place. If anything, the storm track is going to shift south or east again, and coastal areas will see the most snow again.
Ginx snewx
Way too low south coast.Mike Wankum is ridiculous, not even close
SnowGoose69
I instantly know what to expect now That had a mild air mass in place so the resultant precip would not be accurate
CoastalWx
I don't see a SE shift in this one. We may be close to leveling out.
weathafella
This is a cold swfe. What does it mean? Little taint in New England outside of cape and islands and even that may not happen. It also means no ones getting 18 inches. 6-12/8-14 type of range. Some weenie may measure 18 but it's not falling.
Ginx snewx
So what are the analogs for this critter ... Kind of smacks of 2005 Dec with that compact vort turning negative like that, but I'm just speculating on lose memory - Tip,I would have after seeing that vort but would have gotten beaten up worse than Peyton manning. Glad you said that it

78Blizzard
Mike Wankum is ridiculous, not even close So is TWC. They are looking for 3-5" for NYC. I guess they want to make up for Juno's miss in the other direction this time. Most models have them staying mostly snow with some minor taint.
