AKQ is quite bullish with this event with 4-6 down here.

You guys in RIC should be feeling pretty good about this one regarding to potential for tainting or the lack thereof. HR looks to be right on the snow-sleet battle line. We'll hold the line as best we can for you RIC folks. :gun_bandana:

I've already accepted that we'll get a couple hours of sleet mixed in. At this point, I'm hoping for a 4-6 type event with no worrying over whether what falls will stick to the ground. That alone will make this one of the best RIC events in a few years. I used to want the jackpot, but after all the misses we've had, I've given up on being greedy.

Just posted below in SE thread...

RGEM keeps trending better snowfall wise for Va-NC border. It also keeps moving the heavier snow axis further South with each run. On the other hand, it keeps tightening the gradient on the southern edge especially in western and eastern areas.

From model site here...

On SnowGoose's recommendation, I am 100% invested in this model.   :weenie:

Close to gametime. My final guess (snow only):

RIC: 6"

CHO: 7"

ORF: 2"

ROA: 10"

Could definitely be low balling. I'm hoping we get some insane ratios to juice these totals up. Let's do this!!!

All the local outlets calling for 4-6 down here. So I would imagine RIC doing considerably better. 8+ IMO.
