Jebman
We did not do too bad with this storm. I thought I was going to suffer through frogchoker deluges tonight thru Monday with this powerful storm. Instead........... We were treated to frozen for over an hour at the onset. Then, we got the dryslot. No problemo in this case since we missed the rain. Not bad. We were treated to the dryslot overnight because we were south of the low. I saw hardly any rain at all. I saw more snow and sleet than rain with this storm. As far as I am concerned, IMBY this overperformed: hardly any rain and I got to enjoy over an hour of snow and sleet, tho I did snooze thru the all snow at the beginning (because I thought I was going to get tons and tons of rainfall right from the onset). Now, we need to will these next few storms to give us snow
North Balti Zen
A two-hour school delay. It has been the winter of those. I hate this winter.

winterymix
Cold and dry coming from the sky. Then we get stale cold that will not hold. Don't fret when we get warm and wet. Don't cry when we get more cold and dry. And then robins and daffodils and a winter of few snowy frills. And then a six week bid of hazy, hot and humid. And then pop a blister watching for an F zero twister. The next call will be a too warm fall. And diarrhea watching a lack of snow in Siberia. Don't get in a fuss when next winter brings an AO with a plus. The Atlantic cuffs while the Pacific fluffs. The teleconnections bring us no snowy protection. wxdude64
Well, at least I had a snow/sleet/rain mix at the start..... no dry slot here, 0.90 of wasted precipitation, another lost storm. Front is through here, baro up .03 in last hour, temp and DP down 3 degrees in last hour, winds have swung to WNW and increased to 10-20 mph. Temp climbed 8 degrees from 36 to 44 overnight, now 41. I may have to start writing some poetry soon........
