I like this slug off the nj coast from south to north that just pushes through the LI band perpendicularly and right into my backside. It is trippy.

Snows picking up really quickly as is the breeze. Back roads from Quincy to Weymouth are covered and slick. Going to be fun tonight/tomorrow!

Latest BOX map gives 30"+ potential out here.  

 

My only 30+ was the 32" in Cambridge Jan 2005.   

As was mine. Impossible to measure but 30-36 across the Cape.

After an hour or so of flurries just went over to steady light snow with a mix of small and medium flakes.

That shot made me go download radar scope. Which I now realize was a tremendous decision. Fantastic.

 lol meant NNE.  I'm in a pretty protected neighborhood so lots of bounces though. 

 

Yeah intensity picked up, just made sure wood tarps were secure and it "feels stormy" out.

Measuring going to be very tough here tonight, so far NU facilities doing a great job keeping everything shoveled out. Going to need to find a spot untouched but not tainted by wind which will be tough. May not submit to NWS, we'll see. 

 

Looks like a half inch ish or so so far.
