It's better to be safe with these, it happenned at night anyway...but the writing was on the wall, they should of taking more weight to rgem/gfs from the get go. Put up 8-16" amounts and upped them as the storm unfolded if the euro was right. If euro turned out to be wrong and people wake up to 6", well it ain't that bad.
